You're gonna miss this...

This is one of my favorite sessions I have done recently. Let me tell you why. I think people expect their kids to be perfect and sit still and smile in every picture. Truth be told, it usually is not like that. Almost everyone is looking for a perfect picture where everyone is looking and smiling, BUT sometimes the best pictures are just the opposite. This mom, a friend of mine, picked out more candid shots than almost anyone ever has. It made me smile because, these are truly pictures that capture the moment, and capture how your kids were at that age. Thanks Jen for letting your kids and your family be themselves. I had fun. It is hard not to get uptight during family pictures, I know because I do it myself. Sometimes you just have to relax and what will be will be. Take alook at the lyrics to this song below. I went to high school with this pretty momma. It is so much fun to see people years later and their cute familees. Jen also does photography in her spare time!
